  Overall place is beautiful and very well kept. if you enjoy the sport of golfing its beautiful. Also has lots of clubs Gym, Heated indoor pool, Bar, Restaurant, Crafts, library, etc. I wouldn't live there because reason of NOT being able to park your car in the driveway or in front of your own house, even down any street, they won't tolerate it.. Then if you don't have your own lawn cut at a certain height you get a ticket, and you can't put more than a few statues on YOUR PROPERTY in front yard. You can't even put up a cross, its worse than living on a base in the military.. The process of them taking your $$$ money is Not the PROBLEM, its the
  B/S ~ rules how they control how you live, who can stay over to visit, its B/S ~that your own family or friends have to request a 2 or 3 days visit pass EVERY 2 to 3 days for permit to come visit you, just to park any vehicle in your OWN DRIVEWAY OF YOUR HOUSE!!!!!!!
